Conditions:

Customers acknowledge and accept that if products become out of stock after placing orders, the order will be canceled without any questions or disputes.
In case of “Regular Delivery", products are delivered within 1 to 5 working days for Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Bogura, Mymensingh, Barishal, Sylhet metropolitan areas, and Jashore city corporation area. Customers must collect products from main gate, as delivery person will not enter the building.
In case of “Express Delivery”, products are delivered within 24 hours for Dhaka metropolitan area only.
In case of “Courier Delivery”, products are delivered all over Bangladesh within 1 to 7 working days.
In case of "Store Pickup", customers will collect products from any branch of Ryans Computers Ltd.
In case of “Back-order” and 'Upcoming products, products are delivered within the time specified on website.
For “Back-ordered”, “Pre-order” or “Upcoming” products, 20% deposit of total amount is required to be paid in advance.
There is no charge applicable for “Regular Delivery". However, charges are applicable for “Express Delivery” and “Courier Delivery”.
For customers in remote areas, products must be collected from the nearest courier point.
Delivery time may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances.
Products will be handed over to customers when payment is completed.

রায়ান্স কম্পিউটার্স লিমিটেড থেকে যে কোন পণ্য ইএমআই এর আওতায় কেনা যাবে। এই সুবিধা শুধুমাত্র ব্রাঞ্চ থেকে কেনাকাটার ক্ষেত্রে পাওয়া যাবে, অনলাইন কেনাকাটায় প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
একটি অর্ডারের পরিমাণ ন্যূনতম ৫ হাজার টাকা হতে হবে, ঐ অর্ডার ভুক্ত একেকটি আইটেম মূল্য যাই হোক না কেন।

Ryans Computers Limited does not offer ‍an EMI facility for online purchases. To avail EMI facility, an order of at least BDT 5,000 has to be placed, regardless of the price of individual items under the order. EMI Offer is applicable for a tenure of 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Plus, the offer is available with 0% interest and there is no hidden charge. This facility can be availed through credit cards.
