Order Procedure

1. Browse ryans.com to “Add to Cart”

• Explore our wide range of products across categories.
• Click on a product to view details and specifications.
• Select products and click "Add to Cart".

2. Proceed to Checkout

• Click on the cart icon at the top right corner, once all products are added to the “shopping cart”.
• Click "Checkout" after reviewing shopping cart products and quantities.

3. Complete Checkout Process

• Step 1 - Account Information:

Click on Checkout, receive OTP if not logged in, and sign up.

• Step 2 - Shipping Method:

a. Select district, City/Upazila.

b. Select delivery method:

• Home delivery, 
• Courier or
• Store pickup.

c. Select delivery type:

• Regular or 
• Express.

Note: The express delivery option will only be visible to customers of Dhaka Metropolitan.         
 

d. Write name, delivery address, and contact number.         
 

e. If the billing address is different click on the checkbox bottom of the page.

• Step 3 - Payment Information:

Choose payment method:

• Cash on Delivery
• Debit/Credit Card
• POS on Delivery
• Internet Banking 
• Mobile Banking         
   
• Step 4 - Review and Place Order:

a. Review order summary including products, quantities, shipping details, and grand total

b. Click on the checkbox to agree to Terms & Conditions and Return, Refund & Cancelation

c. "Place Order" to confirm the purchase.

4. Order Confirmation

• Customers will receive an information SMS including the order number to the registered mobile number. 
• Orders will be confirmed after a confirmation call from us.

5. Order Tracking

•  When products are assigned to a delivery vehicle, customers will receive a shipping confirmation SMS.
• Customers can track orders from the dashboard in the following manner:

✔Order placed

✔Confirmed          
✔Handover to courier/Ready for pickup

✔Completed

Conditions: 

• Customers acknowledge and accept that if products become out of stock after placing orders, the order will be canceled without any questions or disputes.         
   
• In case of “Regular Delivery", products are delivered within 1 to 5 working days for Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Bogura, Mymensingh, Barishal, Sylhet metropolitan areas, and Jashore city corporation area. Customers must collect products from the main gate, as delivery person will not enter the building.         
   
• In case of “Express Delivery”, products are delivered within 24 hours for Dhaka metropolitan area only.           
   
• In case of “Courier Delivery”, products are delivered all over Bangladesh within 1 to 7 working days.         
   
• In case of "Store Pickup", customers will collect products from any branch of Ryans Computers Ltd.         
   
• In case of “Back-order” and 'Upcoming products, products are delivered within the time specified on the website. 
   
• For “Back-ordered”, “Pre-order” or “Upcoming” products, 20% deposit of the total amount is required to be paid in advance.
   
• There is no charge applicable for “Regular Delivery". However, charges are applicable for  “Express Delivery” and “Courier Delivery”.          
   
• For customers in remote areas, products must be collected from the nearest courier point.         
   
• Delivery time may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances.         
   
• Products will be handed over to customers when payment is completed.

In-Store Payment Method

Price Categories

• Regular Price is the standard listed price of a product where no discount or promotion applied.
• Special Price is an exclusive price after some discounts are applied.
• Ecom Discount is applicable if orders are placed only over the online e-commerce platform ryans.com.
• VAT and Tax will be added on top of the Regular or Special price as per applicable government rules.
• EMI is calculated on Regular price only.

Voucher Payment

We accept voucher payment with the city bank voucher. City Bank Voucher carrying values 1200, 1500, 1800, 3000, 4500 & 6000 are acceptable.

How to Use this Voucher:

Anyone can use this voucher. If this payment voucher is registered in the INV, we will accept this voucher. This voucher validity 07, January 2025 to 15, February 2025.
