Dear Sir, the print width of 72 mm refers to the maximum width of the paper that the Rongta RP328-UP Thermal POS Receipt Printer can print on. The actual printable area on an 80 mm roll of paper will be less than 72 mm, typically around 60-68 mm, depending on the margins set by the printer driver or software. Thanks for your query.
