1. XP-PEN Deco 03 is not the standalone product! It works instead of a mouse for more precise lines. It should be connected to the computer while using.
2. A USB Type-A port is needed for the connection. Please confirm the USB Cable/USB receiver completely plug into your computer. If your computer only has Type-c ports, you need an adapter for the connection.
