What is Live View?
Live view is a feature found in most modern digital cameras that allows photographers to preview the scene they are about to photograph on the camera's LCD screen or electronic viewfinder in real-time.
With live view, the camera's sensor is used to create a live video feed of the scene, which is displayed on the camera's screen or viewfinder. This allows the photographer to compose the image, adjust exposure settings, and even focus manually using the live view display. Live view is particularly useful for photographers who shoot video, as it allows them to preview the footage and adjust settings on the fly. It can also be helpful for still photographers who need to shoot from awkward angles or in situations where they cannot look through the camera's viewfinder. However, it is important to note that using live view can drain the camera's battery more quickly than traditional viewfinder shooting, and it may also introduce additional lag or delay between the camera and the subject. Additionally, some cameras may have a lower resolution or refresh rate in live view mode compared to the viewfinder.
