What is Metal Detector?
A metal detector is a handheld or walk-through device that uses electromagnetic induction to detect metallic objects hidden beneath the ground, underwater or inside an object.
When the device is brought close to a metal object, it emits a magnetic field, and the object itself responds by creating its own magnetic field, which is then detected by the detector. Metal detectors are commonly used in a variety of settings, such as archaeology, security screening, treasure hunting, and industrial applications.
